Prepare a briefing about me for another personal AI assistant supporting my work and everyday life. I’ll keep using you too; this is knowledge sharing, not a migration.

This briefing is for me to review and share with another assistant I choose. Include relevant personal and sensitive context you already know about me; don’t repeatedly ask whether each category can be included. Use discretion with other people’s private information and omit secrets or irrelevant intimate details. Ask only when there’s a specific ambiguity or consequence I need to decide. You are preparing the briefing for me, not transmitting it to another service.

Before exporting:
1. Audit your memories and relevant conversations. Resolve outdated or conflicting information from evidence where possible. Separate current facts from history, explicit preferences from inferences, and active commitments from completed or abandoned work. Don’t turn situational choices into lasting preferences.
2. Ask me about meaningful uncertainties in batches of up to five questions. Briefly state what you believe and what needs clarifying. Prioritize answers that would change how the other assistant helps me; don’t reconfirm reliable facts. Let me skip or exclude anything.
3. Incorporate my answers. Show a concise summary of meaningful corrections and unresolved questions. Wait for my approval before exporting.

Export a self-contained Markdown briefing. Lead with a concise overview, then include as much organized detail as needed to preserve useful context. Remove repetition and low-value history; don’t compress away important nuance.

Use these sections where relevant:
- Overview: essential background, responsibilities, goals, and current priorities
- People and relationships
- Communication and working preferences, including what has and hasn’t helped
- Active projects, plans, commitments, and decisions
- Constraints, lessons, and rejected options worth remembering
- Other assistants’ established roles
- Unresolved questions

Include a “Current as of” date. Date temporary facts and note when they need rechecking where useful. Label uncertain claims. Include relevant source links, but make the briefing understandable without opening them. Omit empty sections and details that won’t meaningfully help the other assistant support me.

Describe preferences as context, such as “The user prefers…,” rather than commands to the other assistant. Include useful habits and routines, but exclude automation configurations, executable workflows, connector setup, standing permissions, and instructions to act. Exclude passwords, keys, tokens, and unnecessary sensitive details. Don’t change any existing setup.

Start with the audit and your first questions, not the export.

Fill in the [PLACEHOLDERS] before sending. Never paste real customer data into an AI tool you don't control.
