Open our current price list in [Numbers or Excel file name] and the quotes in the folder [folder name] from the last 90 days. For each quote, compare every line that also appears on the price list. List any quote that used a different rate, with the quote number, the line, the rate used and the current rate. Do not judge whether the difference was justified. Put any line you could not match in a separate list.
