Review my connected email, calendar and available meeting notes from the last 90 days. Find customer and prospect conversations where a useful follow-up may have been missed. 1 - Read the full threads and available notes. Identify what each person wanted and any next step discussed. Don’t invent commitments. 2 - Check the latest contact. Separate people waiting on me, people I’m waiting on, and conversations where neither side followed up. 3 - Exclude conversations already progressing, meetings being scheduled, and anyone who declined or asked not to be contacted. 4 - Rank the remaining people by the strength of the reason to reconnect now. Link to the supporting conversation and flag anything you couldn’t verify. 5 - Draft a short, personal message based on their actual interest, an outstanding question or a relevant update. Suggest a concrete next step. Return the shortlist and drafts for my review. Don’t send anything.
