I run a [type of business]. Below are customer emails from the past two weeks, with our replies. Find every commitment our business made to a customer: a quote, a date, a call-back, a site visit, a price, a replacement or a refund. For each commitment, list: what was promised, to which customer (use the label I gave them), the date or deadline stated, who on our side made the promise, and whether a later email shows it was done. Put open commitments due in the next seven days at the top. Quote only what the emails say. If a date or owner is not stated, write 'not stated'. Do not guess. [Paste emails here, with customer names replaced by labels such as Customer A]
