REUSABLE WORK AUDIT

Review the work we’ve completed over the last 30 days using the conversations, files and outputs you can access.

Find useful work we could reuse instead of recreating.

Look specifically for:

1 - Research we could update instead of starting again

2 - Documents, plans or comparisons that could become templates

3 - Explanations we keep rewriting for different people

4 - Successful processes we’ve repeated without saving the method

5 - Checklists or decision criteria buried inside completed projects

6 - Useful scripts, spreadsheets or tools that could help with another job

7 - Finished work that could become a starting point for a recurring task

For each finding, classify it:

REUSE AS IS - Still accurate and suitable for the next use.

REFRESH - Useful, but some facts or details need updating.

TEMPLATE - Keep the structure and replace the specifics.

SAVE THE METHOD - Capture the process so we can repeat it.

KEEP PROJECT-SPECIFIC - Reusing it would lose important context.

Link to the original work. Explain the next situation where it would help and what would need checking or removing first.

Prioritise work we are likely to need again. Don’t recommend saving everything.

Keep private or client-specific information out of anything proposed for wider reuse. Flag anything you couldn’t inspect.

Don’t move files or create templates, skills or routines yet.

Show me the five most useful opportunities first. Then we’ll go through them one at a time.

Fill in the [PLACEHOLDERS] before sending. Never paste real customer data into an AI tool you don't control.
