Before every sales call in my calendar, automatically prepare and send me a pre-call brief 15 minutes before the meeting. Review the CRM, previous emails, meeting history and any other relevant information you have access to. Give me: 1 - Who I’m meeting and their role 2 - What happened in our last conversation 3 - Commitments I made 4 - Commitments they made 5 - Any open questions, objections or risks 6 - Anything important that has changed since we last spoke 7 - The single most important outcome I should try to achieve on this call Keep it concise. Only include information that will help me on the call.
