Every weekday at 7:30 AM, review my inbox, my task manager, and my calendar for today. Sort everything into 4 groups: Money: invoices, payments, deals, or proposals waiting on me Team: questions or blockers only I can answer Review: anything I need to approve or give feedback on Bills: anything due in the next 7 days Give me one line per item: what it is and what I need to do. Then list every meeting and appointment today. For each one, write a short prep: who it's with, what we last discussed, what they want, and 3 questions I should ask. After each meeting, send me a recap: a short summary, decisions made, and next steps with owners. Skip newsletters, promos, and anything that doesn't need me. Draft replies, but never send anything without my approval.
