Structure it as:
- why this role exists now (two sentences, honest about the stage)
- the outcomes this person will own in the first [6-12] months, written as results, not a list of duties
- what a great week looks like
- must-haves (maximum [5]) and nice-to-haves, each tied to the outcomes
- how we hire: the steps, who they meet and how long it takes
- what we offer, including the pay range

Plain language, no filler such as "rockstar" or "fast-paced". Flag any requirement that would exclude good candidates without helping the job.
